Aims of the workshop:

• Understanding the background, terminology and contexts of sexualised violence, discrimination, intersectionality and bystander intervention
• Raising awareness of assaultive behaviour
• Confidence to intervene and prevent assaults
• Discussion of the respective difficulties and challenges in one’s own working environment
• Sharing case studies and developing options for action in everyday working life
