About 5% is spent on individual and project grants (including the Capital City Culture Fund). Funding is provided in accordance with the State Budget Regulations (LHO) in the form of grants or subsidies. In principle, only non-profit projects and institutions that do not seek to generate a profit are eligible for funding. Commercial cultural providers and projects may contact the Economic Development Agency.
