The Club Commission has launched the "Mental Health in Clubs" project with the aim of, on the one hand, supporting clubs in strengthening the resilience and well-being of all staff and operators, and, on the other hand, offering preventive services—including workshops, training sessions, peer support groups, and counseling—tailored to the club culture starting in October 2024.
To begin with , five supervision sessions and an in-house workshop will be offered to individual clubs to help further develop the club’s resilience regarding topics such as organizational structure and organizational culture.
Supervision, as a form of consulting, can promote self-reflection, expand professional competencies, and foster cohesion within the team. Planning will be based on the results of the online survey of club employees and in consultation with the management of the respective club.

With the goal of strengthening resilience in a customized and organization-wide manner, solutions and effective strategies for dealing with prevailing vulnerabilities and challenges will be developed.
