Clubcommission has launched the Mental Health in Clubs project with the aim of supporting clubs in strengthening the resilience and well-being of all employees and operators, and offering prevention services in the form of workshops, training courses, peer support groups, and counseling for club culture starting in October 2024.
First , five supervision sessions and an in-house workshop will be offered to individual clubs to further develop the club's resilience on topics such as organizational structure and organizational culture.
Supervision as a consulting service can promote self-reflection, expand professional skills, and create coherence within the team. The supervision sessions will be planned and implemented in consultation with the club according to its needs. Planning will be based on the results of the online survey of club employees and in consultation with the management of the respective club.
