DAB advanced modules

In cooperation with the DAB Project (Diversity-Friendly Going Out in Berlin), a series of in-depth workshops for clubs and collectives on the topics of awareness and diversity in the club context will take place in November and December.
The free workshops are aimed at club employees, club operators, and service providers in the club context who have already participated in one or more basic workshops on the topics of awareness and diversity and are trained in the basics.

What makes the half-day in-depth modules special is that they have been developed by various experts with club connections and strongly incorporate the club work context through examples from everyday working life. The modules are divided into three areas: professional function, core dimension, and implementation.
This gives you the opportunity to further your education in your respective field (programming, door policy, public relations, accessibility in clubs) or to acquire in-depth knowledge of the various forms of discrimination (gender, ethnic origin, classism/social status, sexual orientation, disability) in the area of core dimensions. From the area of implementation/organizational development, we will also be able to make the online lecture on the legal situation regarding diversity in clubs available to you from December.

Thu, Nov. 17, 2-7 p.m.: Diversity-sensitive program design/booking (online)
Mon, Dec. 5, 3:30–8:30 p.m.: Diversity-oriented human resources policy (online)
Thu, Dec. 8, 11 a.m.–4 p.m.: Diversity-sensitive work at the club door (on site in Berlin)

All workshops are held in German and are free of charge.
