Freelance Expert in the Club Culture Hub Pool (m/f/d)

The Clubcommission was founded in 2001 as an association of Berlin-based organizers of clubs, festivals, open-air events, parties, and cultural events, and serves as the association for club culture in Berlin. With 300 members, the Clubcommission is the world’s largest regional association of club operators and organizers of concerts, raves, open-air events, festivals, and other live music events.
For the “Club Culture Hub 2.0” project, funded by the State of Berlin as part of the ERDF program “Strengthening Innovation Potential in Culture III – INP III” and co-financed by Musicboard Berlin, we are currently seeking experts to provide initial consultations and/or information sessions and/or workshops in the following areas:
– Safety
– Awareness
– Diversity (dimensions)
– Anti-Discrimination
– Safer Use & Safer Sex
– Nonviolent Communication
– Peer Case Consultation/Mediation
– Community Accountability
The volume of work depends on the demand for initial consultations in the respective areas; informational events and workshops are also organized based on demand. The remuneration for initial consultations, informational events, and workshops is based on the range-based remuneration guidelines for freelance staff of the Senate Department of Finance and amounts to €40 net per consultation hour (60 minutes) for initial consultations. The remuneration for informational events and workshops depends on the scope of the respective event.
