Study on Mental Health in Clubs
The survey aims, on the one hand, to evaluate the pilot phase and, on the other hand, to assess the mental health challenges faced by club employees in Berlin. These findings will be used to develop a mental health program in the form of free psychosocial support services for employees and clubs, which we will then launch in the fall of 2024.
Mental health remains a taboo subject in our society. This is also reflected in the lack of preventive support services and therapy slots for night-shift workers, even though the demand is extremely high. Through its Mental Health Project , the Club Commission is helping to create a free preventive framework for clubs and club employees in the form of services, psychosocial interventions, training, and recommendations for action. The goal is to strengthen the resilience of club employees and clubs in the long term and thereby remove the stigma surrounding mental health within club culture.
This online survey will take place from May 23 through June 9, 2024. Take part in this survey and make your voice heard.
