The project addresses the following objectives and measures:
- Development of a training program on the topic of “Awareness and Diversity Competence in Club Culture” to train staff from various departments in clubs
- Development of a Model Complaint Management System for Cases of Discrimination
- Exemplary implementation of the concept at two pilot venues in Berlin
- Empowerment initiatives for groups affected by discrimination

- Legal expertise on the topic of “Going out with an attributed disability”
The project is aimed at people who face discrimination in clubs and nightclubs because of their actual or perceived group affiliations, as well as at everyone involved in the management of these venues.
The project “Diversity-Friendly Nightlife in Berlin – DAB” is a collaborative initiative between Eine Welt der Vielfalt e.V. and Clubcommission e.V., and is funded by the Senate Department for Justice, Consumer Protection, and Anti-Discrimination and the State Office for Equal Treatment – Against Discrimination.
