This introductory online workshop explores key concepts of diversity and inclusion within the context of club culture and nightlife. It is designed for individuals who are new to the topic or wish to develop a basic understanding of how social dynamics influence access, participation, and representation in club settings.

What to Expect:

  • Understanding the Basics: Explore what diversity means in practice, and why it matters in nightlife and cultural spaces. 

  • Power and Privilege: Learn how systems of power shape individual and collective experiences in club environments.
  • Self-reflection: Engage in exercises that help you identify your own position within systems of privilege and marginalization.
  • Inclusive Practices:Peer group-based consulting, sharing case studies, and developing actionable strategies for everyday work—hands-on approaches.

Who Should Attend:

This session is ideal for club staff, organizers, and security personnel who want to create more open and respectful environments but have limited prior knowledge of diversity-related issues.
