Workshop: The AGG and the Legal Perspective on Discrimination
What actually constitutes discrimination in a legal sense? And how does the General Equal Treatment Act affect the context of clubs and events? Two representatives from the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency will answer these and other questions. The workshop will cover the legal implications for both club staff and patrons. Participants will learn to recognize discrimination under the General Equal Treatment Act and assess the legal consequences.

The workshop will take place in Berlin and will be conductedin German.
Participation is free of charge.
The target audience includes all individuals employed in the club, nightlife, or party sectors.
