Workshop: Internal Awareness Structures in the Club

Awareness is more than just having an on-site awareness team and a poster on the door. A continuous process of learning and unlearning is the cornerstone if we want to integrate awareness into club structures in a sustainable way. In this workshop, Teresa Hähn and Sarah Saem Bergmann will work with you to explore how this development can not only be initiated from within but also embedded across all areas. Through input, exercises, and discussion, we will work together to identify the resources you have at your disposal and need in your role to implement various measures for your internal team, thereby laying the foundation for an awareness concept. Contents:

  Tuesday, April 11, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The workshop will take place on site in Berlin on German takes place and is organized by Act Aware held. The two facilitators: Teresa Hähn is a social justice and diversity trainer and awareness facilitator. Sarah Saem Bergmann is a New Work coach and communications expert.
