Training "Diversity and Anti-Discrimination Sensibilization in the Club Context" for Club Operators and Management PositionsThis year, the Awareness Academie is once again offering a free course for club operators and people in management and leadership functions with personnel responsibility in a club culture context, for the first time in english language:
Tuesday, 27 June 2023, 11am – 5pm
Aims of the training:
- Raising awareness of forms of discrimination (focus on ethnic origin/racism) and diversity dimensions.
- Understanding of background, terminology and relationship of AGG to domestic law
- Identification of social stereotypes and attributions
- Sensitisation to the relationship between positions of power/authority and experiences of discrimination
- Experiences of discrimination
- Exchange of case studies and development of options for action for everyday work (focus on language and dealing with conflicts)
The training is led by two experienced diversity trainers and is completed with a certificate upon full participation.
Participation is free of charge and the number of participants is limited.
